The 858 offers you the advantages of our high rims at a weight normally achieved with rims that are 20 mm lower. The inner width of the wheel is 23 mm, which is ideal for riding wider tires with lower pressure to reduce rolling resistance. TSE technology helps you overcome the four obstacles that stand in the way of speed: air resistance, gravity, rolling resistance, and vibration losses. The wave-shaped, 82 mm to 85 mm high rim shape of the 858 NSW, our patented Sawtooth profile, is our most powerful design for aero efficiency and crosswind stability. The 858 NSW features Zipp Carbon Internal Reinforcement (CiR), which makes the rim 10% lighter and just as stable as previous models. And although this wheelset is optimized for tubeless tires, you still have the option of riding tubeless-compatible tires with tubes. The 858 NSW is fastest with a 28 mm tire.
